Hi, I’m Sarah Baik — a UX designer focused on human-centered digital products.

I bring experience designing complex systems at scale, from global consumer services to enterprise tools. My work spans end-to-end product design — user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems — always grounded in empathy and accessibility.

I’m especially drawn to mission-driven industries like sustainability, education, and the arts, where thoughtful design can remove barriers and improve lives. I’ve also carried forward early experience designing within healthcare, which continues to shape my perspective on usability, trust, and accessibility.

I thrive in collaborative environments where designers, engineers, and product teams come together to solve challenging problems with clarity and care.
